Beautifully done theater. Two small theaters in one building and I've been in both theaters. Nice comfortable seating with good views of the stage. Nice spacious ladies room so intermission isn't a huge rush. Good selection at the bar...cocktails, beers and non-alcohol hot/cold beverages. Snacks too! Easy free parking across the street. Plenty of good dining options nearby.

Great new theater space, the Joan, for the innovative and always entertaining Cygnet Theatre. The location at Liberty Station is so vibrant. The inaugural performance of the Follies was stunningly beautiful and the talent first-rate. No bad seat, as you can see over the person in front of you. We also like the balcony for a nice perspective. There is a second theater, too, for smaller but equally entertaining productions. This is a fun place to be, with lots of nearby restaurants to complete your theater date.

Nice theater, the play we saw was "OKLAHOMA" last performance in Old town location. The cast did such a wonderful job.

Great medium sized tiered seating theater (seats about 250) in Old Town. Every seat is good. Ushers are helpful and accommodating. Before performancesand during intermission there is a bar and snack stand. Every performance we've seen here has been good quality. Update: the theater company is moving to the Joan & Irwin Jacobs Performing Arts Center in Liberty Station.

Small but nice theater. The play we saw was A Christmas Carol. It was a little low budget but for a handful of actors they did a phenomenal job entertaining. The actors played multiple parts, and their acting was a lot better than some of the higher budget plays. Hats tipped to the cast!
