Great coach, teaches legit curriculum. Better than any other mma or boxing gym I have ever been to and I’ve been to many. Not your typical cash grab mma gym. Coach Doug takes it to an individual level and gives excellent advice and teaches ina manner to where you learn, you drill, you perform reps and then you put it into live action. Teaches you to crawl before walking and walk before running. He is the most legitimate coach I have ever had. I moved an hour away or I would make more classes. Coach Doug is a great coach.
