Visited from SoCal for a quick visit and needed to workout. Took a one on one with Bilal. Excellent. Decided to bring my brother, a newbie, to a group class. Now he’s hooked. Good community vibes, hard workout and a great, safe learning experience. 6 stars. I’ll see you when I’m back in NorCal Bilal.

I’ve been really impressed with this gym. It has a welcoming environment, clean space, and a strong sense of community. The equipment is well-maintained, and you can tell the focus here is on real results, not gimmicks. What makes it stand out the most is the dedication and passion behind it you feel supported, motivated, and encouraged to push yourself while still being comfortable at your own pace. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone serious about their health and fitness.
