I've bought three pieces (two couches, one ottoman) from this store and had great experiences with the purchases. The delivery process is smooth and everything is holding up great so far. This last visit to the store was particularly good as Kayla was so nice and incredibly helpful as we decided on colors, sizes, etc.. Will definitely be back for future furniture purchases!

My husband and I had had a wonderful experience at Joybird. The store has a beautiful selection of furnishings and the staff was super friendly. Our salesperson was Sara. She was knowledgable and very helpful. We ended up purchasing the Bryant (5 piece sectional) and the Fenton dresser. Our sofa and dresser were delivered in a timely manner. We are so happy with our purchases! The dresser is BEAUTIFUL and we just LOVE our new sofa! It's so comfortable!

I ordered a box of fabrics, just to check out and see how they looked in real life. Thats how I met Kayla via email - what a gem! Kayla reached out offering to help answer questions. Not only did she help me answer questions, she sent me pictures with different colors, offered her reccomendations, and then when I made a mistake in my order, SHE caught it and fixed it for me before it was even an issue. So about the couch - arrived, perfectly as I had thought. It was perfectly built. Its a firm couch, but thats anticipated given that it was just made. I have already taken a few naps with my son on it and we were both zonked! It's super comfy, very pretty, and already a great staple in our home. Thanks Kayla! Thanks Joybird!
