I have worked with POV studios since 2020 and they are by far one of the best artist reproduction studios out there! Not only do they have the best selection of papers and other surfaces for reproduction but the scans are unbelievably impressive. They are exactly like the original. The customer service is above and beyond exceptional. I moved away to Northern California and still use them as the only studio I can trust for my artwork. I wanted to purchase a very large print of a photo I took. I purchased a sample for a couple hundred dollars to make sure the medium and options were right. It turned out pretty dull and flat. Turns out there were options they didn't alert me to, like doing matte or gloss. No big deal. I'm happy to do another sample to make sure we get it right before paying a lot for a huge piece. I asked for some advice on what options to go for and no response. Even before, it took a long time to get a response. When they would finally respond, they didn't seem to read the emails or know what plan was.
