Do not go here!! I paid for a lip and chin package and they only treated the lip. When I asked to get the chin I paid for they upsold me and told me the only way I would get what I originally paid for would be to buy more packages. The woman at the front desk refused to help and kept repeating that I would need to buy more packages in order to get what I originally paid for. As a long time customer I was extremely disappointed in the front desk service. I do not recommend Laseraway at this location! Update: After speaking to customer service they still refused to provide the services paid for, a refund, or credit of any kind. I highly recommend you work with a business that will honor the package you pay for

Horrible customer service at LaserAway SF. They try to lock you into fake bundles and packages that are misleading and end up taking your money without delivering real value. Definitely not worth it.

Have had wonderful experiences with everyone here - special shout out to nurses Paulina and Callan and exceptional front desk managing from Zoe and Zara who have guided and steered and moved and been overall wonderful people, creating a wonderful space!

I appreciate their transparency, their staff and what they offer. I've had excellent results with their services. The price is more approachable, with similar or better results from other med spas. There is a lot of noise out there about what works- but I've found solid and consistent results here.
