Rude and dismissive treatment from the front desk manager Erica Ortiz. When discussing membership I was talked down to like I was imposing on her precious time instead of asking her to do her job. Ridiculous behaviour given the ridiculous prices they charge for the minimal amount of benefits you get. The gym was also messy and disorganized and there was an unpleasant stench in the locker room. With staff members like this it's no wonder why this is the lowest rated Lifetime locations in Chicago despite this being one of their so-called "premium clubs." I signed up with Equinox instead, where they have staff members who actually appreciate their clients and speak to them like human beings.

Saw my neighbor constantly coming back here so finally checked it out myself. The facility is clean, equipment's solid, and they've got way more classes than I expected — went on a Tuesday morning and it wasn't even crowded. Only thing is the locker rooms could use better ventilation but honestly it's not a dealbreaker. Worth the membership if you're in the area.

My neighbors wouldn't stop talking about Life Time so I finally checked it out. The facility is clean, equipment's well-maintained, and the staff at the front desk actually knows what they're doing instead of just going through the motions. Only thing is they were pretty understaffed during my 6pm visit last week so it took a bit to get signed up, but honestly no different than waiting for a contractor to show up. Worth the membership.
