About a month ago my service dog passed away. I was crushed. I came in with a picture that I gotten help printed out off my phone from the print store. I came in to have it framed I was looking for directions advice from someone that had done framing before and done the matting. and the employees that work in the framing area or extremely apathetic. They were literally zero help. The picture came out okay I guess it could have been better if somebody had any kind of knowledge or ability to assist customers with framing. It was $150 to be ignored and wait 3 weeks for to just come out okay. Everybody at that store literally needs to be ashamed of himself they are an embarrassment to anything that even resembles customer service😡

A cute little childrens park near a dog park and the convention center. There was parking across the street.

Michael's is always very nice but overly expensive even with all the discounts, but imagine paying full price for their items?! Absolutely nuts. Let the suckers pay full price, right? Great business model. That said, I have a hard time seeing Michael's profitable otherwise.

My mom always goes to Michael's. She makes the best decorations. So many good choices these days.

First off, they have the friendliest staff mile radius. the workers actually know what they're talking about and never hesitate to ask me for help. cool thing is they kinda sense that you're an artist so they don't follow you around everywhere like dollar tree. thousands and thousands to choose from!!! oh and sooooo many coupons it's insane.
