This studio is amazing is but sadly inconvenient location to rely on. I always try to get here early to find parking. My last time coming, parking was particularly bad, I sprinted 4 blocks to make it, leading me to be literally 1 minute late to class. Doors locked. Highly recommend coming here if you are able to take public transit or walk.

I took the restorative sound bath experience class and enjoyed the session very much. The instructor has a very calming presence and the studio was very clean.

Loved their warm Vinyasa flow! Just what you need on a cold, gloomy day! Instructor was lovely, studio was immaculate and stylish, towels, mats, music, vibe 10/10

Completed a few different classes during a first month deal. My main goal was to stay through the class and overcome anxiety. At the end I was soo proud to have been able to stay. The instructors here are all seriously lovely and genuine. Made me feel instantly welcome and had such positive energy.

I've taken classes w Nicole; Scott; Chris and Nina, and Michael, and definitely many others -- they hv a lot of instructors; all are so knowledgeable and friendly :) Plan Used: I started MBH with a 3rd party subscription, but bc I was going everyday, I then opted w their 6-mo unlimited, which includes 2 guest passes per month, so my friends can take up on my yoga offer and join me for yoga 😅. I believe there's an ongoing 30-day special, too (so should hv opted w this one instead of some third-party 😅😅)! Why Them: I picked this studio due to the cleanliness; proximity to other places I frequent; the instructors; the no. of daily sound or gong baths available that I don't necessarily see other studios put out & the temp of the heated classes are just right for me. Other Studios vs HBM: I've been to two others nearby. I find them: a) too hot, or b) they lack amenities as in very few showers (i'm not kidding but you'll figure out which studios those are 😅). Here, there are plenty of showers and restroom stalls.
