I’ve been here twice for lashes and eyebrows. My first experience went well, good color and lashes were amazing. Second time AWFUL. My brows were BLACK with tinting and I asked for very light as I just went blonde. She ensured me they would lighten. Over WEEKS they did not lighten and here I am almost 2 months later still having damage from the lamination and poor brow tinting. My eyebrows have been so dry and peeling skin and I’m embarrassed and humiliated. I opened a dispute on the charge on my card and this prompted them to offer me a partial refund $178 instead of the $440+ I I originally spent.. they have been bullshitting me for weeks about payment back end and blah blah. They’re shady, dishonest and wouldn’t issue me a refund as promised- kept changing the rules and reasons. DO NOT GO HERE OR WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have visited this spot twice for eyelash extensions and the first time was pretty good but I visited again a few months later and noticed a significant difference in the quality of work. My lashes began falling out less than a day after my appointment. The first photo is a day after my appointment and the second and third is a week. Lash extensions typically last at least 3 weeks before they need to be touched up but I’m one week in and over 50% of my lashes are gone. I ensured that I followed all the guidelines for longevity with no avail. I will say that the staff is very welcoming and punctual but I am disappointed in the work.

I’ve been going to Gia for years for my lash lifts and I truly cannot recommend her enough. She’s a perfectionist and as a client I really appreciate that. She’s always so thorough and checks to make sure what type of curl I want every time, which not a lot of other places do. If you’re considering any brows/lash needs, Gia will make sure you’re taken care of!
