Staff is very accommodating and cordial. All of the staff attend to patient needs. Dr. Straight is very friendly and attentive. And she is willing to talk with the patient while paying attention to the procedure she is performing. I found that very relaxing especially when the subject was Big Bend National Park.

This office is so welcoming! From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the friendly receptionists who immediately check you in, and the check in/ wait time was fast and to the point! The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained any question I had thoroughly! Ms. Rachel was a breath of fresh air!

Dr. Chu and team are knowledgeable, professional, amazing and friendly. Today was my second visit as a patient and I realized they've established such a welcoming environment. I took a few photos of the beautiful lobby area, as I helped myself from their cornucopia bowl of free skin care samples. 😁 No offense to most MD's, but I'm 63 and I've seen a few over the years, It's rare to find a doctor who also has great sense of humor.
