Great communal feeling when you go to RNBF!! awesome workout and highly recommend going early if you’re new to get the lay of the land. Leo’s classes in particular are always on point!!

Gym members and trainers are all very positive and welcoming as a beginner this made the experience very enjoyable. I’ve done classes and personal training with Sarah, very encouraging and supportive!

The studio experience was disappointing: the instructors voices were very unclear through the speakers, making them difficult to hear and noisy. They were unclear on the moves unhelpful unless you paid for private lessons. Additionally, money was taken without my consent. When I asked for a refund, the owner was completely unprofessional and rude, showing no empathy and refusing to reverse the charge. Allegedly, the billing “started automatically after the hold period,” which I was never informed about or agreed to. I’ve filed a complaint with the relevant business bureau in Chicago and I disputed the transaction with the bank. Finally, I hope you lose clients in the long term for this poor, greedy attitude.

This review is long overdue! The coaches here are truly great and engaged in every class, whether there are 5 people or 20. The owners, in particular, set the tone—you can tell they genuinely care about this gym and its members. The cherry on top? I recently had to freeze my account for a bit and then lost my card on file, but Sara made the whole process of coming back seamless. Really appreciate the hassle-free experience with her!
