Great experience! It was quick and the laptop was easy to use with clear instructions. The ability to practice before assessment was good and I liked the independence with working on a manikin.

I did the BLS class and it was so much fun I love the hands on experience! I attended the Arden location very easy the customer support number was very friendly and helpful!

When attempting to perform rescue breaths on the mannequin, no breaths were registered. Attempted to call the support line and was instead sent a link back to the website. Suggested tip was to use another station but there was only one functional mannequin. Had to manually disassemble mannequin and place parts in correct position in order to complete test. This was incredibly frustrating. I was excited to showcase my acls competencies but instead of playing the roles of compressor and bagger, I played the role of mannequin engineer.
