I have been a member of the SAC for over 20 years, and have been one of the many club 'regulars' the entire time. The workout equipment is first-rate - perhaps that is to be expected at a downtown gym in a major city - but what differentiates the club from others is the staff. From the front desk (Meech!) to the facilities team to the trainers - especially Fitness Director Emily Ring! - to the accounting folks (Kelli!), the club fosters a feeling of community focused on wellness, fitness, and fun.

I'm new to Seattle so I thought I'd check this place out. It's not bad either!
