The absolute BEST EXPERIENCE I have EVER HAD! The staff was very VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL and so helpful. Chris Deleon went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied with the service and with my out of pocket expenses. Thank you so much !

UPDATE 01/09- I went in to this morning and the manger Chris helped me. He was patient, explained throughly what I need and even give me my trail contacts. He provided very good customer service. Thank you Chris! Absolutely horrible experience. I called yesterday to get my co-pay amount for my contacts the man I spoke to from the store said it would be a $10 co-pay I say great let’s schedule an appointment for tomorrow. Today I go in for my appointment and I expect to pay $10 only for the contact exam, WRONG the nice lady I was with said I have to get a glasses exam as well if I’m doing the contact exam which is dumb because I don’t want the glasses. So then I said okay how much, it’s $95 total. $85 for contact lenses fitting and $10 for the glasses exam. I arrive at 12:43 and don’t leave until 2:20 with a sorry outcome. I tell the lady I need to leave because I am in a rush and she checks me out before doing so I ask about my trail of contacts since helloooooo I did the exam and she said they didn’t have my contacts that I needed so I said okay can you order a trail pair and she said she can’t order a trail unless I purchase my order. Okay if that’s the case why wasn’t something said ahead of time? Like “ hey there isn’t a guarantee you will get a trail today and it’s with a purchase only”. I have no complaints of the nice lady Alice that helped me other then the time all around for my set appointment and how I didn’t receive what I needed.

deleted my original review. i would give it zero stars if i could. i had to get a replacement glasses because the expensive pair of glasses i got here broke for no reason. i was told to pay for the replacement fee of $36 (that price was only because the glasses broke within 1 year of me getting my glasses here). i went to go pick them up and get the lenses switched out and the people there were taking their sweet time trying to put them on and i had already waited over three minutes by this point. i wanted a refund and the girl there refused and said it would just be one-two minutes extra. and even waiting over 3 minutes again i still didn’t get my replacement glasses or refund that i wanted AGAIN. i ended up just walking out the store annoyed. i regret getting my glasses done here. the staff ARE NOT that great. They are extremely selective towards who they help in the store. they pride themselves in getting reviews here but won’t stand for how bad their glasses are and terrible services there is here. it’s disappointing here and overpriced. they didn’t accept my insurance for glasses and wouldn’t explain to me the price i’d pay for out of pocket. i ended up having to pay around over $500 dollars for two pairs of glasses. mind you - one of them broke and they couldn’t even put the lenses in the replacement frame. it’s a waste of time getting glasses here. it’s best to find glasses online or go somewhere else. getting replacements glasses here and being REFUSED A REFUND when i CLEARLY stated i didn’t want to wait is disappointing. it’s a waste of money to get your glasses here. :/
