I can’t tell you enough how satisfied I am with the service! I took my vehicle to a Valvoline Oil changing place on October of 2024 and they DID NOT replace the oil cap from the bottom! I drove off and went several miles with oil leaking when my motor locked up and busted the gaskets and heads. They denied the negligence and in the end I had to replace the motor at my cost. Anyway, after explaining everything to the service tech this go round, He was very careful to make sure everything was done correctly and even had a second tech check his work. Thank you Jayden at Take 5 in San Antonio off 281&Bitters. I appreciate your attention to detail.

Went in for oil change. Typically do my own work but was busy that day. Entire process felt like an upsell. Was told my air filter was dirty (it wasn’t). Was told my coolant was “dangerous”, which went from being an upsell to deceitful. Coolant needs to be flushed every now and again, sure. But it’s never “dangerous”. Not sure if this is how they’re trained or not. Thankfully I had knowledge to know this was BS. Unfortunately many don’t. Be cautious of what’s recommended and use your owner’s manual to determine when you need what services.

This was the absolute best experience I’ve had during an oil change anywhere. The staff are super nice and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the time they took explaining things to me and how kind they were. Would definitely go back here again!

Have been a regular customer for roughly 10 years or so. My go to place for oil changes for all my vehicles, reliable service and love the complimentary water bottles offered. I especially love that they honor us veterans with a great discount! Thank you and God Bless 🙏🏽

I had to revise the rating I previously gave this place. I was shocked to discover that after driving my Jeep for about 2,200 miles over the past 5 months, the engine oil cap had never been reinstalled after my last oil change. I found it sitting on top of the radiator. This is absolutely unacceptable — reinstalling the oil cap is a basic, fundamental step in an oil change. If any engine damage had occurred because of this mistake, would your shop have taken full responsibility? It should not be my job to verify whether your technicians are completing their work properly. When I bring my vehicle to a professional service center, I expect competent service and peace of mind, not oversights that could potentially damage my engine.
