I’ve been doing Pilates for decades. Tam is an amazing Pilates instructor. She will work every part of your body and you will leave exhausted, loose, and happy. I have old injuries in my body and Tam kindly works around my needs. She has a great understanding of body mechanics. Highly recommend any classes she offers.

I love Tam’s classes! I have been taking her barre since she was a Dailey Method teacher back in 2010 and then when she opened her own barre studio in 2018. So happy she is back teaching because her classes are not only interesting and challenging but she really gets how the body is supposed to move. This is Pilates reformer now and I LOVE IT. She’ll just teach in a way that builds strength and mobility but without loading things too hard and making you feel unsuccessful. I always feel taller and way awesome after. Pilates with Tam feels so good and is making all my back pain go away!
