As a small business owner, Matt is a true professional, very personable, and above all--fixes things right the first time. He quickly diagnosed my problem and within a few minutes, he had my new desktop PC up and running. His place should be called "The Exceptional, Reliable and Fast Tech Shop". had an issue with my brand new build a few months ago and i brought it here. the owner was incredibly nice and helped me walk through all the possibilities and my options! in the end, i just replaced all my parts with new parts and it fixed the issue. but i was so thankful to have assistance from a professional! he was so knowledgeable and kind and very reasonably priced. definitely recommend!
