The Vitamin Shoppe is usually pretty good with handling its online orders for store pickup. Today was one huge exception. It started with the online system’s lack of communication to me that it had canceled the order - and canceling was not what I had planned. The original order confirmation notice was promptly delivered. Also delivered a few minutes later (and I was unaware until later) was a $5 gift certificate. Trouble was, it gave no reason why I was given the certificate. But what was NOT delivered was a notification that my order had been canceled. And I didn’t learn of the cancellation until after I had arrived to pick up the order. After an unsuccessful to find my order, I asked the store personnel to contact customer service. They got through and tried to trace the order. Eventually, they asked me to speak with the customer service rep whom they had reached. Roberto, the rep with whom I had spoken, had a poor phone connection and was difficult to follow. Even one of the store reps who also had spoken with Roberto after he was finished with me said his connection was poor. Bottom line, it took several minutes of my phone time with him before Robert had finally figured it out. Granted, part of the problem was me failing to provide a three-digit passcode to, which caused payment for the reorder. Beyond that, I was disappointed in this experience.

Store manager made a rude comment about my phone service provider. Keep comments like that to yourself.

Better service than Walmart, Randall's and CVS. Oscar did a great job. Knows all the ingredients, and the recommendations. He literally greeted every customer and helped them with their needs. If you need vitamins, skip the big names and come to Oscar at Vitamin Shoppe, this specific location.

The hispanic/Latin manager is racist. I go to this store as a black woman because it is close to me and he never speaks when I come inside the store. The other younger man does not speak as well. This is my 2nd time coming to the store in 2 days. Both days no one else was in the store and they did not speak as I came in and walked around for 5 minutes. Today, when I went in the store the same thing happened and soon as 2 white families came inside, fhe manager greeted both friendly and spoke to them asking if they needed help. I did not get this treatment Be aware African American people.
