I got a membership from Black Friday. My boys love coming here. We live closer to Altitude park but my boys prefer coming here because there’s more for them to do. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts instead of 5 is because the warrior course has been closed the whole time we’ve had our membership. Hopefully that gets fixed and opened soon then I’d definitely update this review.

WARNING – Misleading membership information I visited Urban Air with my daughter and husband ONE time. At checkout, I repeatedly asked staff if this was a one-time 6-month payment and not a monthly charge. I asked THREE times. Two different staff members confirmed there would be NO monthly payments and that I would only pay ~$45 for six months. Today, I was charged $30.32 without warning. When I called, I was told it “doesn’t matter what staff said” because I signed the agreement. Most people do NOT read 4–5 pages of fine print — that’s why staff explanations matter. This feels extremely misleading and dishonest. Parents/guardians: be very careful before signing up. Ask for written confirmation or do NOT enroll. This keeps it professional, factual, and powerful.

Fairly priced and fun slides. Jungle gyms are huge, but they have padding that is zipped tied. Ties are cut at a very sharp angle, so be careful if you're out there chasing your kid. Could be a bit cleaner, but not too crazy dirty

Super dirty!!! From that disgusting glass door when you walk in that you don’t even want to touch! The food court area was just horrible. Forget that most of the booths were empty with food still on the tables. There’s so much trash all over the floors . The soda machine area was just full of junk. I mean, how can you even trust any food coming out of there if they don’t even have their dining section clean. And if they can’t even be bothered to clean the door that customers walk into that’s super easy to clean you know they’re not cleaning any of their areas where all our kids are playing. We know that one star means bottom of the barrel horrible so I did get two stars because when my sister-in-law went to complain, they did give her passes for a different location that has a better reputation. Not to mention more things this one did not have go karts and a couple of the other things. The other location had and kids don’t know any better. They had fun while we were there.

I just purchased the Summer Pass for my two children. I must say Urban Air does great on so many levels. Friendly, attentive staff. Clean environment. Easy check in process. Birthday parties managed well ( we’ve been to about 5 or so held there) And I’ve seen lots of improvement since Kyle became the Manager. I see him enforcing safety rules, and truly doing what’s needs to be done to ensure everyone has a safe and fun time. We’ll be back all summer. Lots of fun for kids. So much to do at all ages!
