This gym is the best gym I have ever been too. It has tons of fitness classes, lots of free weights, cardio equipment and machines. The staff does a great job at keeping it clean. I really enjoy the group fitness classes and the instructors who create such a positive and inclusive environment.

Sauna is always down. Was told with the shut down for 2 months that the sauna was being fixed to make it better. And it is out again. Sauna needs to be fully replaced with a better one that doesn’t break all the time.

Note that several of the photos on here are misleading - it does not have a cardio theater, and it does not have aqua massage beds. Facilities are large and pretty clean, and the variety of times/classes is convenient. The pool and sauna have been under construction since I joined, which is a bummer. The bikes in the red studio are frequently in need of repair and I’ve had a couple of the instructors give incorrect/unsafe cues in the lifting class which was a bit concerning (as someone with a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Science). I also experienced a few Spanish-speaking potential members in a red class that hadn’t been given any instruction or orientation and were pretty lost as a result. Luckily there was another member that spoke Spanish and could help them, although, somewhat at the expense of his own workout. John and Chris are great coaches if you’re able to get into their classes!
