These people are wonderful, I’ve never felt so assured that my cat would be safe. I came in as an emergency with my cat experiencing anaphylaxis and from the moment I arrived to her discharge the next day I felt very assured that she was in the best possible hands. The doctors, the techs, and the reception desk were all very kind and understanding, thank you so much!

I couldn’t be more grateful for the team at VCA Mueller. They made both me — and most importantly my dog, Stella — feel completely supported and comfortable during an unexpected surgery. I’m especially thankful for Dr. Ogden and Dr. Thurston for performing a successful surgery on my girl, and to Dr. Durham for being so kind and reassuring during such a stressful time. I received regular updates throughout Stella’s stay, and I always knew she was in good hands. Every staff member who cared for her was truly amazing. I would 100% recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone. Stella is home now and recovering well. Thank you, VCA Mueller team — from Stella and Kayla 🩷

Incredible experience with Dr. Harris. I am so thankful for her and her staff. There was another, more urgent issue happening so we waited a little but we totally understood since our baby was stable. Dr Harris was incredibly kind and took her time explaining everything going on with our pup. She stayed over night and we felt confident leaving her in there hands.

Yesterday I took my dog here because he couldn’t open his eyes and was not his normal self. They kept telling me he ate marijuana after I told them it wasn’t possible AND after they drug tested him negative. They tested his eyes and said it was nothing and did blood work and nothing. They told me they still think he is high OR might have something wrong with his brain and gave me numbers for vets that specialize in neurology. Then sent me on my way. That night he started having green and yellow discharge and I called to bring him back. They said yes and added me to the 5 hour waiting room. I entered the waiting room at 6 PM and by 2 AM still wasn't seen. I ended up scheduling an appointment at Banfield where they took one look at my dog and told me he has environmental allergies/ conjunctivitis from this and just needed a flush and allergy medication. I am just in disbelief that I spend almost $900 at this hospital for them to gaslight me that my dog ate something I know he didn’t OR had a brain tumor when he just had allergies…Literally put me through the worst two days I’ve ever had by telling me my dog probably has a brain tumor and charged me so much to do nothing for my pet. Please choose another place to go.

I had a really frustrating experience at this vet clinic and wanted to share in case it helps others. I had a scheduled appointment at 12 PM and didn’t end up seeing the vet for over 2 hours. I understand things can run behind, but there was little communication or acknowledgment of the delay, which made it more frustrating. While the veterinarian themselves was kind and professional, the overall experience was disappointing. The techs seemed disorganized and unfamiliar with my dog’s case—even though I had been there just a few days prior. It felt like no one had reviewed the notes or understood why we were coming back, which led to a lot of repeated explanations on my end. I also felt pressured into additional testing that wasn’t clearly explained or aligned with my concerns, and there were surprise fees added that were not included in the original estimate. Transparency and communication around costs is really important, and that piece was lacking. Overall, the visit felt rushed, disorganized, and not very client-focused. I hope the clinic works on better communication, coordination, and respect for clients’ time.
