Jon and his team at Westrom Group Property Management are dedicated to great customer service and always respond quickly to both the tenants and landlords. As a landlord, this is important because I want to know about the issues that tenants are facing immediately in order to address them. Likewise, whenever I have questions, they respond promptly. For any repairs needed, they proactively send pictures and the costs are always reasonable. Jon also takes the initiative to reach out personally when he feels that certain email discussions would be better addressed over the phone. I use Westrom Group to rent out my property. It's always nice to have people that are on your side when it comes renting out property. They appear to be very busy, but they are very responsive when responding to emails. They recommend how much I should rent the home for, keep me posted on what the tenant is doing, and generally speaking, they do a good job with communication. I also have the owner, Jon Westrom's personal number if anything ever comes up, I can reach out to him. Great experience.
