I met Abby Haun at Zadok earlier this year and she has been absolutely outstanding. She has taken the time to educate me on brands I was not very familiar with and has opened my eyes to collecting outside the typical brands I have focused on for decades. As a long-time collector and watch nerd, I usually find it very hard to connect with brand ambassadors or store representatives who don’t share the same passion. Abby is the complete opposite of that, and she makes every visit a special one. She is knowledgeable, patient and genuinely enthusiastic, which makes every visit to Zadok something I look forward to. Just recently, she was instrumental in helping me choose the next piece of my collection, which I acquired in celebration of my 42nd birthday. I have also enjoyed several recent Zadok events with her as a host, brought family members in to introduce them to the hobby, and, because of Abby’s consistently exceptional service, I will keep sending friends and colleagues her way. She is a true asset to Zadok and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Abby is amazing 😍 We came in with family heirlooms wanting to make a genuine engagement ring from the pieces that meant something to us. A piece that honored my grandmother specifically. From inception, to design, to delivery of the final product it was the ultimate white glove experience. Zadok Jewelers hosted a Grand Seiko event with drinks, sushi and Joe Kirk himself. Unfortunately the GS watch I've been eyeing wasn't available but being a Tudor AD allowed me to put hands on a Black Bay. Stephanie Scerb assisted me and it was refreshing how she knew a thing or two about the watches on display as well as the one on my wrist. Initially I was only looking but that didn't keep her from being friendly and attentive. She let the watch sell itself but was extremely helpful while I was on the fence between a couple pieces. Thank you!
