I want to say that I have only come to LensCrafters for the second year in a row because of their customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted and my wait time to see the doctor was less than five minutes. Dr. Searby Is an amazing doctor. He Made me feel as it he had no other patients waiting for him. He was totally focused on me and my eye care, and answered all my questions without me feeling rushed. He gave me multiple samples to take home from my contact lenses and then even wanted me to come back so he could see how the contact lens was sitting on my eye. For me that is definitely going above and beyond for your patience. Thank you, Dr. Searby and LensCrafters for all you guys do to help people see ♥️

I brought my daughter in for her first eye exam, and the staff made the whole experience fun and stress-free. The doctor explained every step so she wouldn’t be scared, and the exam was very detailed. We ordered her first pair of glasses, which were ready quickly and reasonably priced. Excellent service, great quality, and family-friendly value.

Best customer service experience ever. Will definitely come back. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They tried to fit me in the schedule even though I didn’t have an appointment. Stephanie helped my daughter find the perfect frame for her face. She is an absolute pro at what she does. She also brought down the cost of the gIasses to save us money using their discount instead of my insurance. I was pleasantly surprised. I scheduled an eye appointment for myself and my other daughter and made sure Stephanie was available to help me pick out the perfect frames.
