Great value for a basic membership. It’s clean, has good equipment and good hours. We haven’t taken the classes but I hear they are good.

While a small gym, it never feels crowded enough to where you can't do your workout. It's a clean and organized space. There's enough room, weights, and machines to accomodate your level and type of work out for the day. The gym does a great job of fostering a collaborative environment as other members seem to care about etiquette like not hogging an area or weights for too long.

100!! Well-equipped, clean, convenient boutique gym that's not overcrowded, with good customer service, great instructors and friendly community vibe too. One of the few gyms with Open gym option, as well as classes that's very reasonably priced. Having been to over 10 gyms in 3 different countries, and joined an Equinox-equivalent for 4 years, I can honestly say this is one of the decent ones given its price point. Really glad to have this in the neighborhood.

This gym is an excellent place. It is clean, nice environment, good taste in workout music, excellent instructors, the classes are fun and versatile, great workout machines and friendly staff. I really enjoyed my time there!. If I still lived near by the piedmont ave. I could go to flex again without any doubts. Believe me, I'm a gym bug and this is the best place where I've workout by far! Thank you Flex, George and Bruce and all the staff there for being so attentive to costumers, you really take care of us!
