This would have been a three-star review had the masseuse not badgered me for a tip at the end. I went in for a Swedish massage hoping for a relaxing experience, BUT 1- the sheets, though clean, had that left-in-the-washer-too-long smell to them, 2- the masseuse clearly wasn’t familiar with a Swedish massage and it just was not a relaxing experience, 3- she interrupted the massage and walked out at least twice to talk to ppl. When it finished I was ready to take my L and go, but no, she cornered me before I left and requested a tip. Not wanting to be combative I wrote $5 on the receipt. Then I asked for an invoice, but she ignored my request, pulled out her calculator, and proceeded to show me a tip on a $100 service is $20, at which point I was honest and told her I wasn’t satisfied with the service, and that was when she finally relented. Although the tip issue was the straw that broke the camel’s back, hence prompting me to write this negative review, the real issue here is that the massage service itself just wasn’t satisfactory, and her behavior left no room for grace. Save your dollars and just DO NOT GO.

This was my first time trying a head spa and massage together, and I wish I had done this sooner. I’ve been dealing with a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and by the end of the session I felt lighter and more relaxed than I have in months. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and very welcoming, which made it easy to fully unwind. I walked out feeling refreshed and glowing. Highly recommend to anyone needing a break from everyday stress.
