Loved my class at The Pilates Kitchen! The studio has such a welcoming, positive vibe and the workout was fantastic. Jen was an amazing instructor. She gave really clear cues, helpful adjustments, and kept the class challenging while still making it feel approachable. I left feeling stronger and energized. Highly recommend taking a class with Jen if you’re in Denver!

The Pilates Kitchen is the cutest, intimate studio. I love how personal the classes feel. With different class formats there is something for everyone. I’ve tried tower, reformer and mat. I’m looking forward to trying chair. I highly recommend this studio for good vibes & quality instruction!

Have taken several Reformer/Tower classes with Stacia and Katie. Joining Pilates Kitchen is one of the best decisions I have made. The tailored routines have helped to increase my hip and joint mobility, while strengthening my core. Highly recommended for physical therapy or just getting active.
