Honestly mixed up booking locations and the Boost team was so, so nice about it and let us take class at RiNo (we booked LoHi). Our instructor was so friendly and had a great playlist, will definitely be back! Thanks for a great class 🤗

New clients MUST 🙄 arrive on time — and by “on time,” they mean to the literal minute. I walked in at 7:32 for a 7:30 class after circling for parking (out-of-towner here, didn’t realize there’s a couple spots up front). The instructor — not a front desk person, mind you — refused to let me in but had plenty of time to lecture me about the policy, disrupting her three students in a room with ten reformers. Irony much? If your policy is that militant, maybe say “arrive 10 minutes early” somewhere or require an intro session to “vet” new clients. Because right now it just reads as petty. Also… red flags everywhere: 🚩 Over 10 reformers, three students — not exactly the “buzzing boutique” energy they’re selling. 🚩 Cheap equipment with only reformers, not multiple apparatuses, limited scope 🚩 Ten-pound arm weights in a glute bridge for a compound movement. IYKYK 🙄 This place isn’t what it looks like online — I should’ve known better

I love this studio! Huge fan of the classes led by Kari Rollo and Emily Fuller, they’re challenging but always good vibes and good music!! But can’t really go wrong with any of the instructors here :) I’ve gone to other studios but none really compare to the quality of people here, they just genuinely make the class environment comfortable and welcoming.

I was visiting Denver for the weekend and took three of their free classes since they have just opened and I’m obsessed!! I took Bella’s and Jess’ classes and they were super challenging yet rewarding. The environment is super inviting and the music is great. There’s plenty of parking and studio is very clean and all the equipment is brand new, top of the line. I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town!!
